为助力建设大湾区高水平人才高地，帮助外籍博士了解中国永久居留政策，4月2日下午由深圳市出入境管理局及深圳市移民事务服务厅-国际人才服务中心（以下简称“服务中心”）主办，罗湖区桂园街道办协办，在京基100大厦党群服务中心为外籍人才举办博士申请中国永久居留政策宣讲会。

宣讲会上来自深圳市出入境管理局的警官及服务中心主任Olivia共同解读中国永久居留最新政策，重点介绍了永久居留证的好处、申请条件、申请材料、申请流程、注意事项等，并在现场进行了疑难解答。

针对2023年11月7日后中国加入海牙公约后的文件资料的变化，海牙认证的流程及样本等给出清晰的讲解。

多名外籍博士表示，非常感谢政府部门针对新政策开展英文的政策宣讲活动，不仅能够无语言障碍的了解到最新的政策关资讯，同时也可以针对自己的疑难问题得到面对面的权威解答。至此，服务中心已举办三场针对外籍博士申请中国永久居留身份证的政策讲座，为吸引外籍高层次人才、留住高层次人才贡献自己的力量。
